Gonzaba Urgent Care - Northwest Medical Center

The systems were all down and so they couldn’t perform any diagnostics at all. That would have been fine if they told me that before taking me back, I would have gone elsewhere. But instead they had a NP look at me and then go “well we can’t do any tests so…..good luck.” Why did it they tell me beforehand that they weren’t going to be able to do any tests? I presume so they could still charge me and my insurance.

⭐ 1 STAR , ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. A COMPLETE JOKE OF AN “URGENT CARE.” This place is an embarrassment to healthcare. We arrived at 9:00 AM expecting basic medical service and instead wasted hours upon hours sitting in the waiting room watching NOTHING happen. No updates. No explanations. No patients being called. Just endless sitting while staff moved at a snail’s pace like time didn’t matter. Its now 5pm we have to leave. There is nothing urgent about Gonzaba Urgent Care. If anything, this place is designed to test how long people can sit before giving up. Patients were visibly frustrated, confused, and ignored. Staff showed zero concern for wait times or patient care. If you’re actually sick or in pain, good luck, because you will not be helped in any reasonable timeframe. After waiting

I had a great experience at Gonzaba Urgent Care. They took care of me right away and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Everyone was very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made sure to take the proper precautions with my arm and really paid attention to what I needed. I appreciate the care and attention they provided—highly recommend this location!

I came here on a Sunday and the staff was wonderful. The clerk at the receiving desk took my information immediately. The nurse that took my vitals was helpful and very nice. The Doctor was amazing, and she knew my problem as soon as she walked in.

It was a pleasant experience… I was not feeling good when I walked I was attended to in a timely and cordial manner… test showed positive for Flu… she prescribed my meds and told me the best way to stay away from public in order not to spread… love Gonzaba… I only wish I had switched to them much earlier… thank you Gonzaba…
