I've been with Gonzaba for about 6 hrs. My Dr Esparza and all of her NP's are SUPER INFORMATIVE & LOVE hepling me with medical issues. When you walk, you have to register with the front desk then they direct you to a waiting area. Not even 5 minutes go by & I'm being called to do vitals. The Staff members are Fast & Very Friendly. I was trying to cancel my friend’s doctor’s appointment because I was unable to help with her transportation. During that process, Dolores Giménez from the Patient Service Department went above and beyond to help me. She spent almost an hour assisting me, and I was truly impressed by her kindness and dedication. She could help me schedule with the transportation of my friend. It has been a long time since I received such thoughtful and patient customer service. I am very grateful to Dolores and truly appreciate her help.
