I’ve been visiting Rachel since July 2025, and her presence and bodywork sessions have been incredibly relaxing, trauma-informed, and healing. She is very responsive and always checks in before each session to understand what we’ll be working on, followed by a thoughtful check-out to discuss how the session felt. She is very knowledgeable, and I truly love every session.
