Gold Coast Dental - Moreno Valley

I went to this office on February 10th for X-rays and an exam. The X-rays were advertised as free, which is what brought me in because I like to keep copies for second opinions. After my appointment, I asked for digital copies and was told it would be $50. That felt pretty misleading since they were promoted as “free.” If there’s a charge to actually receive your own X-rays, that should be made clear upfront. They told me I’d get them emailed within 3–5 business days. It’s now been over a week (business days), and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called multiple times to follow up, and my calls either go unanswered or get hung up on. Overall, really disappointing experience. Lack of communication and transparency. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve been a patient at this office for many years, through both their previous ownership and now with Gold Coast in Moreno Valley, and they have always taken excellent care of my dental needs. Over the years, I’ve had an implant, a root canal, braces, and regular cleanings and each experience has been handled with great professionalism. Dr. Mo, Patty, and Blanca are wonderful! They’re kind, efficient, and always make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments, how quickly they can get me in, and how helpful their appointment reminders are. The whole team here truly goes above and beyond for their patients. Highly recommend this office!

Absolutely love the service and staff. They have payment plans and are gentle and kind. SO glad I found this dentist. Absolutely recommend if you haven't gone to the dentist for a while especially if you don't like going to the dentist. Expert staff kind and courteous very professional.

Okay I found a new dentist today they are open 7 days a week if you can believe that. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Doctor is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I am having a tooth extracted today. And getting fitted for a partial dentures. This is not the first dentist I've been to in My Life. But he might be the best great staff.

Do not under any circumstances be seen by Dr. Mohamed Bassel. Very rude to my wife and his own assistant as well. His assistant was patient and kind. He made a mistake with the filling during our last visit and when we asked them to fix it they were not understanding and were reluctant to take a look. When we pushed back several times they finally did an additional x-ray and found a hole they drilled at our last visit but did not fill. Mistakes happen but there was a staunch reluctance to take ownership and resolve the issue. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Mistakes happen but responding poorly defines your practice and business. The rest of the staff was kind and friendly regarding the mistake.
