Been going here for almost a decade now with my kids. I love Adeson but you can not call this place without the receptionist giving you the worst attitudes in the world. I have never met ruder people in my life. Last time all I asked for was a copy of my son's physical to be sent over to the school. She started going off on me about how I missed an appointment last year and gave me the wrong date 5 times. Then started giving g me information about my daughter's physical before telling me that is not even something they will do anymore and told me to figure out how to get it to the school myself online.

5 stars but most belong to Nurse Kim. Nurse Kim is a saint. I wish I could be half the nurse she is as a CNA. I love you all but Nurse Kim takes the cake at being the best. Keep up being great everyone.

They kept pushing me to have people come into my house to help my kids walk when I kept telling them no that she didn’t need help and now she’s walking without their help switch doctors because they don’t listen and then I walked all the way there because she had an appointment and they canceled it and didn’t even call me. Tell me.

My kids have been going there for 10 years. It used to be a great place. Whoever answers the phones there is very rude and condescending. They speak to you like you are stupid. After getting married I asked to change my last name on the paperwork. The receptionist came back with a response " are you actually married or do you just say that." I'm finding another doctor. It's ashame with how much this place has gone downhill. It's very hard for parents who work to get their kids in.

Their receptionist at our last appointment is a liar. She made us stand around for 10 minutes at check in "verifying" our insurance coverage because the ID number changed. She said we were all set so we went in only to get a bill because it was actually 2 weeks shy of our coverage starting. Their billing department basically said oh well too bad when I called to ask about the bill. Grimey liars. I would've waited the two weeks, but they like screwing over single moms. Go elsewhere, we will be!
