Glendale Pharmacy

I really like the pharmacy. I've reached them by phone several times and agree something is off with their email abd texting communication (as in zero response). So maybe they should just not offer that so people don't have expectations?

I wish there were zero stars - if you can’t afford to have someone who responds to calls or text messages, you should NOT be in business ..it’s a sad state of affairs when you can’t find out where your prescriptions is that you’ve paid for and NEED!!

Although the pricing is much less than other pharmacies, the lack of service negates the positives about this place. There's absolutely no customer service and every time I call, there is voicemail. I used Klara, their secure messaging service and also had to wait 3 days to get a reply. I tried desperately to cancel a prescription as I did not need it, and by the time they replied, it was too late, I was already charged over $100 for it, and the medication had already been mailed to me. I was trying to avoid being needlessly charged for medication that I don't need. If someone could just be available to speak to customers like any other pharmacy, this would not have happened. Absolutely regret using this place, and will not use in the future.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would because this place is absolutely the worst. First of all, they never answer the phone and you have to leave a voicemail. Secondly, they never do what you ask them to do. I go pick up my girlfriend’s prescription at this pharmacy and they somehow charge my card TWICE(once in July and once in October) for $60 even though her medication is only $25 normally. I really don’t understand how they got the info because I didn’t add the card and my girlfriend and her family didn’t add it, so they basically just stole it. And to top it all off, I had to go all the way up there TWO TIMES just to get a refund and they only refunded one of the charges, not both. Then, because I didn’t want my card charged, they refused to fill her prescription there ever again,

I am SO happy with Glendale Pharmacy! They have saved me $100s a month on HRT. Always so friendly and helpful when I have needed to call.
