Glendale Eye Medical Group: Drexl Allan OD

Awful. The first time I saw them they were over 30 minutes late. Yesterday, they took an hour to NOT show up. I sat there with 4 other people. One of which was an older lady who begged the office next door to call Glendale Eye. A different business that this other office has nothing to do with. The older lady was self conscious of her english so I felt bad. It had been an hour, and I was in the boat so I called. I was then informed that they would not be in until July 15th. Please let that sink in. If this was the case, why oh why did they have my appointment on the 8th? Why are there 3 other people here waiting for the very same office. I was then told that there was no record of my appointment. Well. How the heck do I have a little appointment business card that states 7/8/
