Echo recent reviews from other people. This office is worse than terrible! My mom needs an immediate knee surgery and this place was introduced to us by insurance. We were told next week after 1st doctor visit, we will be scheduled for surgery for about 2 months after 1st visit. Well, 4 weeks and NO follow up! We called them multiple times, terrible communication. We were told they were waiting for insurance authorization letter… called insurance and it was revealed that 4 weeks after our visit office has not even sent the authorization letter to insurance! We wish we had never visited this office!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was in an auto accident and tried to make an FOR 2WEEKS! I was told my attorney needed to fax over a referral when they finally was able to talk to someone she screamed that it needed to be done through another system but could be zero information on how to proceed.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC., very unprofessional treatment tours the patients. They take weeks to return a call and months to make an appointment.

After One hour and 40 minutes holding on the phone, Q5.. Q4… Q3... Q2… Q1 and then I find out... THEY CLOSED! They have no respect or value for the our time and the never apologize!! And after 10 days of waiting they refused our insurance!! Cash money their first concern? Anything less than one star? Like a stone!

Doctor Williams is super nice and very professional, highly recommended! I’m so bless with the doctors. They been helping my mom so much with her pain. Thank goodness two of the receptionist on the 3rd floor are gone. They were rude, unprofessional and noisy. Listening to people’s conversations. Anyways, Thank you very much Dr. Williams.
