Ms. Gina M. DiGati, psychiatric nurse practitioner, has been my provider since 2017. She’s been there for me throughout all of those years, some of them being particularly difficult years in my life, and she has prescribed for me appropriately throughout that time. Gina I feel has gained my trust and respect, it’s evident in the professional experiences we share as provider and patient. I have found Ms. DiGati to be the best psychiatric provider I have ever had. I have been receiving psychiatric services from psychiatrist for decades, and Gina came in and took over for them and has been the best I have ever dealt with because she knows her medicine. I have been working with Gina for over 3 years. I find her to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She works with my doctors as an additional professional resource when it comes to medication management. She has a relationship with my counselor and i have found her to be very thorough and very compassionate. If I have a question or a concern in regards to my medications, she is my go to. I don't make any changes or decisions without speaking with her first. She has always been kind and responsive. I am very happy with our professional relationship. She is smart and knows her stuff, I feel very fortunate that she is a part of my health care team.

My son was a patient for years a she dropped services in a text. Would not even prescribe until he found a new prescriber. Husband was also a patient and she simply stopped responding to his refill request. We never missed appointments. I even gave her referrals. She actually asked me not to tell others she stopped seeing kids.

I was with Gina for about a yr, maybe a little more! Too make a long story short. I earned her trust & she earned mine as well. Things were fine. I missed one appt in a year, and after that she sent me a text THE DAY OF for an appt & I couldn't make it on such short notice. Well , I recieved a voicemail from her telling me "I have some concerns as well as the clinic, so you will be receiving a letter and I will no longer be seeing you." I've been her patient for a year and got dropped on a voicemail. She never discussed her concerns. And just dropped me as a patient, telling me she has the right to choose who she sees. Well? What's wrong with me? What did I do wrong to deserve that? I've been on anxiety (alprazolam) meds for a yr. and have extremely bad anxiety. But it didn't seem to matte

Correct, as stated by others you CANNOT get ahold of this individual. If you need psychiatric assistance, get a DOCTOR. Her type of position with the authority to prescribe drugs should not exist. The unethical practice of text messaging while you're in her office sums up the experience(s) here for me. Look elsewhere.
