This new location in Portsmouth is wonderful! The Speech and Occupational therapists here truly care about the kids they help everyday and Ms.Heather at the receptionist desk is always welcoming you with a smile and a good morning! If youre a military family they take tricare! Highly recommend this location and its staff

We are so grateful for Michaela, our amazing speech therapist! My son truly loves working with her—she’s kind, patient, and brings out the best in him every session. The entire team at McNeill Children’s Institute has been incredibly supportive and helpful.

My son has been going to MCI since April of 2023 and he has come so far in his learning. The staff are caring and helpful. He’s had a few different Occupational therapists and they have been great but he’s had Mr. Jay (Jenil) consistently for about eight months now and he is amazing. He keeps me updated with all of my son’s accomplishments and with what he’s working on. I’m very thankful for McNeill Children’s Institute!

The lack of communication is astounding. My child has been attending for several weeks at his daycare and they switched around the appointment days without informing me. They never communicate after the appointments and when asked to I only received one email. I requested assistance with potty training because my son is struggling and they offered a sticker chart for going poop even though he hasn’t pooped once in the toilet. I made sure that was noted in the intake appointment. I feel like it’s pointless to have my son keep going here. Update. I was contacted by the owner threatening to remove my son from care if I do not take the review down. I reached out again asking for better communication and they removed my son from the practice. The owner stated they will not keep difficult patie

My son loves coming to OT. He’s usually so eager to go in and begin his sessions with either Mary, Meghan or Michaela. McNeill’s has been so helpful in his growth over the past couple of years. Thank you ladies for all the care you give ❤️
