Drove over 2 hours. Took my dog Wookie there for surgery, price was 700$ for opperation and post opp care. In Dorchester for same procedure cost was to start 3000+++. What a difference saved Wookie's life gave him couple more years. Great service. Highly recommend!!

Let's talk compassion! I love this place they truly care and love what they do. It's busy because they are great. Have some patience. My girl has IVDD and I can't say enough how much they cared about my dog. Weekly visits, laser treatments even cbd!. I'm grateful for this place. Hard to find a good vet that's on the island not trying to drain your pockets.

Great vets, can be very busy but that speaks to the care they provide. Good people, very nice staff, and (I believe) not owned by a 3rd party investment group the way many veterinary practices are these days. A real PCP for animals that is part of the community. Highly recommended

This clinic is a very busy clinic. It's busy for a reason. The Veterinarians are excellent. They have years of experience and they treat a wide range of animal health issues. They have made some changes to their front desk intake area and are much more efficient in checking patients in and out. Across the country , nearly every veterinary hospital is facing critical staff shortages. Doctors and technicians are leaving the profession due to burnout and compassion fatigue. Veterinarians can be prone to this type of fatigue due to repeated exposure to animals who are suffering and trauma. So be patient and hug your Veterinarian today! You never know what he/she went through before seeing you today, such as animal cruelty, euthanasia decisions, telling a elderly person who lives alone that

I have been taking my dog Lola to see Dr Burt for all health and treatment needs the last few years. She just had some teeth extracted and the care she received is unlike any other vet I have been to. The close attention and genuine care that is displayed and reassurance for all my concerns is so appreciated. The staff is incredible from beginning to end for any visit or treatment necessary. They treat your pet as if their own. I can't recommend Dr Burt and the staff enough to everyone looking for a place that delivers the highest quality care and attention. Thank you you for the gentle care, wish there was a higher rating I could leave. This is Lola right after surgery happy and healthy
