Giant Pharmacy

WORST pharmacy. The people and their attitudes are HORRIBLE. it’s impossible to get medications. It’s always delayed and God forbid you call and ask for an update. They will give so much attitude and argue with you.

This pharmacy has a drive thru but before you think “wow, that’s convenient” just know that it’s excruciatingly slow. Almost every time I come I’m waiting for 20+ mins to pickup my prescription. The staff is usually friendly enough but something must be done to speed things up otherwise what’s the point

I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I pushed the call button twice. No one ever responded. I finally left without my prescription. This isn't the first time this has happened, I reported it to Giant last time. I'm just done. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

They said 1 hour for script. Ok fine. I wait an hour. Then they say 30 minutes after an hour. No one was there for shots or anything, it was not busy. Then I said I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he said it would be ready in 1 hour. Next the lady told me oh ok, 15 minutes and it will be ready. Seriously, it not lunch, it's not busy, your not close to closing. Seriously stupid

Rachel was rude, no greeting or a simple hi. I was picking up my son’s medicine, but also had the hard copy, just in case the dr office didn’t put them in. Well the dr office had put them in, Rachel proceeds to say “r u going to wait for it” like I said no gretting no nothing came off rude and had an attitude. What made me mad was one of my sons medicine was on back order and instead of calling me to inform me they waited until I got there. That was very upsetting considering my child has a serious cold, and needs his breathing treatment!
