GIANT Pharmacy

I always fill my meds a week in a bit in advance to give them enough time to be able to get everything ready but for some reason, they always have an issue with having it ready on time. They always give me a 15 to 20 minute. wait when it should be ready already and filled Not to mention the fact that when I call someone’s always giving an attitude like I’m just calling to make sure my meds are ready. What’s the issue?

I have been coming here for many years. Only recently is there an older female technician that always has a nasty attitude! I understand having an off day but seems to be like this with every interaction. I hope whoever is in charge takes her aside and reminds here how to treat the customers before they lose business because of her. Everyone else i find friendly and helpful!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Lots of blaming the insurance company when the issue is truely with the pharmacy staff. The last 2 times i went to pic up scripts they didn't have it , or didn't have it ready....one time they admitted that their own staff entered the wrong info or dates which delayed my script by 7 days. It's BP meds.....maybe not as important as other meds for other people but not up to the pharmacist to determine that! Yo pharmacy just a gentle reminder...you are in the business of caring for your neighbors health......what happened to the caring part?

Wow! So the pharmacy refused to help me. Said they were too busy and hung up phone and slammed it! They said my doctor was not speaking fluent English! I called the pharmacy back and asked Jay to tell me who I just talked to that hung up on me. He refused to give me her name. Jay said the doctor is illegally doing it wrong. Doctor call me back and said how rude they were to him as well!!!!!!!!!!!! If the staff can’t handle there emotions and have problems with the patients and doctors they should seek there own medical treatment. I’m very disgusted and will reach out to upper executives. If you have high blood pressure such and other scripts that you need to not be hospitalized DO NOT USE giant pharmacy in Middletown! They should be held liable! I will give executive the Doctors nam

I must say, the customer service at Giant Pharmacy is exceptional! Their fast and accurate service is a testament to their professionalism. As a customer, I am extremely satisfied and happy to be associated with them.
