The Senior dentist pulled my tooth ,only afterwards is when I found out that the Ambulance had been called to the practice to attend to the Senoir Dentist rightbeforemy appointment. Then I came back to get a partial, that I never received, then put me in Collection and it shows on my Credit Report 🙃 What if I would have been TAH and reported them for allowing Senior to do a procedure after being attended by the Ambulance 15 minutes before your appointment? What would you do, if thus happened to you?

Benko & Benko failed to identify that my son who is now 18 (who was seen by their office up until he was 17) still had baby teeth! Which now we are finding out his adult teeth are impacted and if left untreated could lead to other issues! I can't understand how or why this was not discussed when they took X-Rays. His new dentist is floored they never disscussed this with us. Would NOT recommend this office.

Although this dentist DOES do good dental work, he does NOT do customer service well. After a routine check-up in Dec. 2023, Dr. Benko Jr recommended that I take my 11-year-old son to a pediatric dentist to have his cavities fixed. I did that, and the pediatric dentist told me that because the cavities were on adult teeth, they needed to be filled by his regular dentist. I had to call the Middletown Benko & Benko office 3 times before I finally got the answer that Dr. Benko Jr still refused to fix my son's cavities. It's my opinion that if Dr. Benko Jr cannot do dental work on children, he should not accept them as patients, otherwise, what's the point? In conclusion, I will find a new dentist for myself and my 3 children.

It seems my negative review was removed at some point, no problem I'll put a new one in! I had a small (sub $100) past due bill with them. I was going in every few weeks getting fillings and root canals for about a year. I was paying them out of pocket dollars for all the work. The dentist was excellent! On my last appointment there, the front desk person, a Benko, was nice to me on my way out. She scheduled another round of fillings and a cleaning. I paid my bill and went home. Within a week I get a notice from a collections agency showing that I owed Benko & Benko less than $100. Confused, I called in. Absolutely horrible dentists!! This facility is run by a father and his two sons. The father is not personable in the slightest and is not gentle with your mouth. During a cavity fill, he drilled me gums and didn’t even acknowledge it. They insist your prior dentist didn’t know how to fill cavities so they’ll charge you for cavity fills for your entire mouth just to rack up a huge bill. For my sister, she went to him complaining of tooth pain due to a cavity. Instead of filling the cavity, he filled another cavity elsewhere in her mouth. Of course still being in pain, she asked why fill fill another cavity. He couldn’t reply and just insisted she come back for another visit and drop an obscene amount of money once again. And for my mother the son split her tooth which she had to replace on
