Giant Pharmacy

The worst. I was prescribed by a doctor at Patient First and needed a refill, which meant the pharmacy needed to contact PF to get the script. The smug clerk refused to listen and try to understand and got the pharmacist who confirmed that they wouldn't do that. So I'm now at Wegmans and the compassionate employees at this pharmacy are doing the work to get it done. Sure it's not typically how things work, but that's how Patient First operates and I just need an inhaler. This shouldn't be this difficult, but I'm just grateful once again for Wegmans.

You wonder why people don’t get vaccinated! Two appointments scheduled, two days of my life wasted to get into town because after completing everything online and showing up 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I cannot even be located in the system. My email confirmation useless. Giant you can’t manage appointments and should not be permitted to administer vaccines. Now you have all of my personal info including my medical info up for any hacker to intercept.

consistently excellent over the years for my family of six, from the vaccinations to help with refills everyone on staff is a pleasure.

Been shopping here for years. The pharmacy does a great jobs with all of our prescriptions. We have also utilized the service for vaccinations. Thanks for the fine service.
