This practice is simply amazing. I have been dealing with a lot of one sided neck and upper trap pain for over a year and everyone I have seen has been kind, caring and dedicated to helping me reduce pain and gain back mobility. Dry needling with Dr. Elkins has been a total game changer and has made more of a difference than I ever thought would be possible. I would recommend scheduling your appointments out into the future because this is a popular practice- for good reason. Highly recommend!!

AMAZING!! I can’t complement this team of professionals enough!! I started my journey with Brittney Elkins and her team as a last ditch effort to resurrect my knee. I contemplated giving in to age. After my evaluation, Brittney assured me that I was in the right place and hope was not lost. With each visit, my knee (leg, thigh, and hip) got stronger and more flexible. After my session today with Caroline Fallon, Physical Therapist Assistant/Massage Therapist, I literally walked away singing amazing!!! Today it was Caroline, but other days it has been Helen or Rachel or Katie or Sasha who have all worked to put my legs back together through their various stretches or strengthening exercises of any other modalities deemed necessary. I can’t say enough good things about Balance Physical Therapy. I am on my 2nd spinal fusion, and during recovery I also had ulnar nerve transfer surgeries for both elbows, and learned that the trouble I had been having with my knee was due to arthritis and connected to my lumbar issues. Balance has helped me recover and regain strength in all areas. Every therapist here is not only highly educated and talented, but also deeply perceptive, thoughtful, and comprehensive in their approach. Balance is amazing! Went in for a dry needling treatment on my old man elbows and have been amazed at the results. Couldn’t recommend them more.
