NOVA Patient Care | Primary & Urgent Care in Haymarket, VA

I had an amazing experience today at Nova Patient Care. I went in for an appointment and everyone working was very friendly positive and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism, service and look forward to doing business with them again soon.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and had a very caring atmosphere. Overall, I left feeling confident in the care I received. Started taking my parent to see Dr. Puri and all I can say is fantastic. Dr. Puri is doing an amazing job taking care of my parents, the staff and customer service are awesome, and always ready to help. Very disappointing experience. The person on the phone told me they do blood work on site at the Haymarket location — that was completely wrong. When I got there, the front desk said I had to go somewhere else. I wasted my whole morning because of bad information. The staff answering calls clearly don’t know what services this office actually provides. Double-check before you go!

Same day appointment, professional staff, technicians, drs. from start to end of appointment. I Recommend. This was my second visit, I could not get in to see my Primary. Great service with spot on treatment. Cw
