From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for (this is coming from someone who has always been afraid of dentist office) Katie at the front desk is incredibly friendly and professional — she greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with the check-in process, and made scheduling and insurance questions effortless. Her welcoming attitude really sets the tone for the whole visit, she is overall such a caring person and I just enjoy the conversations we have prior to my visit. Let’s start by saying clean facilities. Friendly and courteous Katie and Lilly at the desk! The actual dentist was gentle and compassionate. I felt safe in the chair. I need tons of work done and we are off to a great start. A friend recommended them and I she was right. A great place to come. Looking forward to the getting the rest of my work done.

After a horrible experience at another dentist that left me with bad anxiety, coming to Cin dental really helped me overcome my fears. My provider was so kind, allowed me to have breaks, and explained all of the steps he was doing to ease my anxiety. He left me feeling so at ease during a root canal I almost fell asleep, which is a massive difference from my experience with the previous dentist. Not only were they comforting and kind, they were thorough in my care, finding the issues with the previous treatment and fixing it fast but perfect! I found out I have long roots and that my previous dentist hadn’t filled my root canal all the way. Now I have a great treatment plan for an affordable price and a dentist who genuinely seems to enjoy what he does ❤️

From the time i walked in as a new patient to the time i walked out has been the best dental experience. I came to Cin because I had excruciating nerve pain from a cracked tooth and I went to another dentist , Aspen Dental, and they were all overcharging me for a root canal. They refused to take out my tooth as well. Aspen dental also didn't care about my wellbeing and only saw me as a cash cow because they gave me antibiotics but offered no solution, which was to pay over $1k for a root canal UPFRONT. At Cin Dental, they said the choice was mine if I wanted to take my tooth out or go the root canal route and I chose the extraction. They accepted my Medicaid insurance and were very easy to talk to when I had questions and problems with my insurance. Relaxing environment. The dentist and assistant were nice. They were understanding when I told them If I felt pain, and they were adaptable. I feel amazing and have my confidence back. I hadn't been to a dentist in 6 years so the end result was mind blowing, and the whole process was pleasant!
