Giant Pharmacy

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague. They never communicate when something is out of stock or if there is a delay. It is like pulling teeth just for them to refill a prescription. There have been multiple times I've been told it will be 30-45 minutes only to take much longer or have to do multiple trips. Certain counter people are rude. This is coming from an former manager at this specific store. Don't know what happened, but they do not have their act together.

Let me start with a thank you to CJ!!! She is the only thing that made this trip bearable!!! She stood by and helped the entire time and she deserves a raise!!! I believe if it wasn't for the kind and helpful employees at this store then they would surely be out of business!!! This store has the absolute worst self checkout I have ever experienced!!! The damn thing alerts every other minute n then freezes so u can't continue checking out without employee assistance n forget trying to use your own reusable bags. It took me at least 45 minutes to complete checkout and I had about 4 or 5 bags worth of groceries. Should've only taken 15 mins max!!! It must have alerted n froze no less than 25 times!!! If they are that paranoid about theft then they need to eliminate self checkout all together!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years now. No issues. The staff aren’t friendly…but they aren’t rude either. The hours are convenient for me and they typically always have me and my family meds in stock.

Unbelievable wait time the few times that I have needed to send prescriptions to be filled at this location. Maybe they have too much volume for the staff - but the wait is simply too long (close to an hour for drop off... which shouldn't be a drop off because I had providers fax or call in the scripts which I guess were never received... on each occasion). I get the majority of my prescriptions filled now at a CVS Centennial Lane which is a 15-20 minute additional drive from our residence (and you can't grocery shop) - simply because I burn an hour + waiting at this Giant. I've had prescriptions faxed and/or called in to try and save time - when I go to pick them up I'm told "they're not in the system".... just wait...

They never checked their messages and did not fill my antibiotic within 24hrs. Then when they realized they messed up, they still could not fill it in a timely manner when i showed up to pick it up. They seem short staffed. People are nice, but there is nobody there to keep things running efficiently
