Efficient, calm, and friendly dental care. Making appointments is fast and they're always able to work with my schedule, no long waits. The dental assistants are all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Janloo is very knowledgeable, passionate, and practical. I would say he is a dentistry geek, one of those people who miiiight do this job regardless of pay. We had a fantastic experience at Healthy Smiles in Elkridge! We were having such a hard time finding a place that would accept our state insurance, especially since the patient is over 21. Thankfully, Miranda at the front desk was incredibly helpful—she got us scheduled and in for surgery so quickly. The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make the patient feel comfortable in a setting that usually causes a lot of anxiety. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly caring. I had an appointment recently for an endodontic procedure. Coming from close the other end of the state the total travel time was almost 3 hours. I had the one of the first appointments of the day. We arrived early and saw that the closed sign was in the window, figured that was fine it would give us a chance to stretch and grab some quick snacks since it was such an early morning leaving our area. Was able to get some time in and well before their scheduled opening at 830 the open sign was turned so we proceeded inside. I’ve been bringing my daughter to this dental office for nearly 7 years and have always had wonderful experiences—until today. I called to confirm details about an upcoming procedure, but the receptionist was unable to provide accurate information. She initially told me there were no notes from the orthodontist regarding my daughter’s surgery, which was concerning. I then asked her to check again using my daughter’s full name, and only then did she find the necessary documentation. Throughout the call, it became clear that the receptionist was either new or unfamiliar with the process. Very impressed!!!! I am not an easy client, I do terrible at the dentist and they did an amazinggggg job at handling both my sensitive teeth and nerves. I am seriously so happy with their work!!!! Dentist did a phenomenal job on helping me cope with intense pain and stress reactions to dental work, it’s very uncomfortable for me and he did such a great job in talking me through it.
