I went to this doctor office and the staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and respectful. The office was great I didn't have to go into so many closed room. I was referred to this establishment by my optometrist for cataract removal surgery. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted professionally. I was told how to sign in at the kiosk and scan the required items. I really didn't have much of a wait, though every seat was practically filled. When I got to the back, all of the staff members that I had to either speak with or be examined by were phenomenal. They were professional, pleasant, caring, attentive, and some were funny. Everyone listened to my questions and concerns and provided answers that really helped me feel more comfortable. I really appreciated the surgical coordinator, Articia, who eased my mind and ensured my appointments were set up promptly. She was super great! I was experiencing an urgent situation with my right eye. I called them and they were able to fit me in for an observation within two hours. Staff was very courteous and professional. Excellent customer service.

I've been there( recommended highly from my eye Dr.) twice so far. The first appt. was great. I came in with a little apprehension, however, once there and met the staff and the surgeon, I felt more confident in the professionalism that was showed to me and the person that I came with. The second visit was the same, however, the front desk person did not give me that warm confident greeting that I received the first time. I thought maybe it was me but after sitting in the reception area, I soon realized it was not me but him. The way that I and others after me were greeted was not the friendly confident, professional greeting that I expect. When ask a question of me, he cut me off before I could even answer.
