GetWell Behavioral Health - Jeffersonville

I don't recommend coming here. I waited for two months for Melanie to call me, as rhe staff couldn't help. I wouldn't of needed help from Melanie had the billing department Get Well outsources could speak better English. The number goes to a random number that doesn't answer with who they are. It's very hard to understand them and they said someone would call me back (after I gave them all of my confidential information). No one called me back, so I called three more times. No one could help as far as billing. I let Get Well know and they said Melanie would call back. I juat received Melanie's call after almost two months of waiting. I have since gone with another compsny for my ketamine treament.
