Gentle Dental Moreno Valley

We’ve been bringing our kids here for years. It’s always a wonderful experience with the staff. The receptionists up front are always so friendly and welcoming. The doctor is always so kind and informative. Down to the x-ray and teeth cleaning, you’re always getting wonderful service when coming to this location. We’re so glad we chose to come here and bring our babies. We know they’re taken care of. Thank you, staff!

Worst Dental Office Experience Ever If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had two appointments scheduled here, one for an orthodontic consult and the other for a cleaning the next day, and both were a complete waste of time. At the first appointment, I showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. and still waited over 30 minutes before being seen. If I had followed their instructions to arrive early, it would have been a 45-minute wait. Once I was finally called in, the visit dragged on for over an hour just to get scans and a quote. The next day was supposed to be my cleaning at noon. I showed up early again, only to wait nearly 40 minutes before I had to ask the receptionist how much longer it was going to take. When I was finally brought back, they tried to send me for the exact same x

Office staff not very professional. Was told I will forward your appointment information to your Email because I have to take my lunch” I’m still waiting for the email. You would think customer service must be a priority, finish providing the service information and schedule the follow up appointment instead of just leaving . Why do you schedule appointments at 12 if you know you take your lunch at 1? And you are running late.

Great service from the front office to the back office. Doctor was really nice and professional. Only thing I would say is a negative is the doctor asked an assistant for help and she was giving him attitude for helping and talking back to him which was not professional doing it in front of a patient.

Dr. Tedjakusnadi, his assistant and the hygienist I saw were great!! I am a very nervous dental patient and they made it a great experience for me!! Thanks to them all!!
