Gentle Dental Battle Ground

Gentle Dental amazing company. Well, I know a lot of the times sometimes people get frustrated with dentist offices But this company has gone the extra mile… At reception, The lady that I worked with is named Kat. She’s an amazing human being. Capable, Smart, Educated, Polite, Professional, amongst many other descriptive distinctions that WOULD’NT all fit in this review :) Thank you again so very Kat for helping and taking care of me so well yesterday!! Also, Aspen was pivotal in helping Dr Conzatti “nailed it” hammer out the work he needed to do in my mouth! It was completely painless and comfortable. For the life of me, I cannot remember the dentist name or the hygienist name. I think the hygienist name was Ashley, but they were phenomenal. They explained every step as they were going along. Very comforting, encouraging and the bedside table manner was exceptional. I will definitely be going back to this office again in the battleground area.

Smooth and easy procedure getting my wisdom tooth extracted. The Dr. made me feel very confident before hand, it was over before i blinked. Very thankful i switched to Gentle Dental.

Staff was wonderful. Dentist Conzatti was incredibly rude. For instance, a crown was ordered that clearly didn't match my teeth, he said it didn't matter it wasn't in the front. Other comments were made. I won't go on. I'm not a fan of haters at all, sad to be voicing a negative comment. I'm relieved I have new insurance so I can go elsewhere. This is not to be a reflection on the staff, they were always wonderful.

I used to go here years ago, now I am dealing with a root canal that is infected that they missed a root in. I seen a different endodontist and he will be able to clean it all up, they claimed it had too much calcification to get in there. Also the tooth in front of it they root canal and crowned and I am dealing with that as it broke off under the crown and now will have to get it pulled and a implant since there isnt any tooth left to recrown it.
