The staff is usually nice but when I called for my refills this morning the women was just rude and made me feel like calling in my refills completely ruined her day, it was weird. I called them in at 8:40am, I get there at 10:45 and they still had t even started them.

The customer service here is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff clearly isn’t happy with their job and show it to their customers. Their delivery service is terrible but they try and place blame on the carriers. And don’t even think about calling to check the status of your order without them trying to make you feel stupid for asking.

Ethan and Sonya are awesome! My daughter has a lot of prescriptions. They helped us simplify our pharmacy life. We love the organized bubble packaging! It is easier for us both to keep up with what she took and when which was a daily concern before. They always remember us. They are always so helpful and patient with us when we have questions. We so grateful they are part of my daughter's medical team!

If you want someone to play God with your medication, not honor what they said they'd do, and be rude everytime you call then this is your place!

Someone always calls me when my prescriptions are ready and quick and friendly.
