I transferred to this pharmacy, because of ongoing issues with filling medication’s not only on time, but days past fill date. GENOA has been on time and have had no issues across the board. Always a wonderful inviting experience and thank you for my POSITIVE AFFIRMATION BRACELET!

I have been cared for by Genoa for about 4 years. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They always have whatever medication I need and if they don’t, they order it and it’s available the next day. Never a wait, always professional and kind. If there is a mix up for whatever reason, they do their best to remedy the issue with patience and much kindness which is what I need.. I feel I’m important enough for them to go above and beyond~~ Thank you Genoa!

This is hands-down the best pharmacy I have visited. I live in Phoenix but am up in PV for a couple weeks. Was having issues getting a prescription moved up here for a refill. The staff here not only answered my questions on the process, but also had the most amazing patience with me while I played phone tag with my doctor who also got confused between mine and another patient's script. Because of this pharmacy, I will be moving all my business to my local Genoa when I get back to Phx. I will never do business at a Walgreens or Fry's again. Thank you again to this amazing staff! Your kindness is absolutely not unnoticed, and I have already recommended you to my family up here.

Great pharmacy! Customer service always are polite and work diligently fix any issues to assure you always walk out with your medication. I would highly recommend this place.

When your told you can make it tell your pill pack is ready the following Monday for med increase. You give them 5 plus extra days and are told sorry it's not ready yet. Grr tough when your working.
