One of the workers there kind of make the process uncomfortable and make you feel unwanted there? Idk how to explain it, everyone else is completely fine expect this one person lmao he’s bald that’s all I know, but I feel you should at least not look like you want every interaction to end within a mila second, I mean I get it, I’d rather of slepted in then have to go to cmh to get meds, but even a fake smile would have been-beneficial, no one likes going to get their meds just to be met with Oscar the grouch if he didn’t have a soul. Only reason I bring this up is because each time I go there and this person is here and well it’s the same. I leave feeling like I did something wrong. I’d stop going here if I wasn’t prescribed Vyvanse.

The WORST pharmacy. They are always out of my medication, or there is always an insurance issue, even when my insurance doesn’t change. They only text me when there is an issue with my medication or when they are filled less than 50% of the time, despite me signing up for text alerts. Rude pharmacy techs except for Jennifer. Close at 5 and not open at all on weekends. I’m bipolar and I’ve been off my meds for three weeks because I constantly have issues with this pharmacy. Do NOT use Genoa Pharmacy.
