This is absolutely hands down the best pharmacy in Portage County! You don't have to worry about calling in your refills, they do it for you and mail it right out to your home. The staff is both brilliant and caring and I can't say enough about how wonderful they all are. ♥️

Terrible, terrible excuse for a pharmacy. We were encouraged by a doctor to switch to them for ease of mail-order prescriptions delivered to your door. They never mailed them, twice in a row. No apologies, only excuses—-“we are under staffed, we just fired and hired a new pharmacist, etc.” After that and many other issues in just two months, back to Walgreens we go.

The most rude and disrespectful pharmacy have ever come across . They refused to charge my sons insurance companies properly and now because of their mistake they're coming after me and my son for the bill . Just to let you know how unprofessional they are they said I never gave them the insurance card. I turned in all the Insurance cards . Then they tried to tell me that my insurance rejected the bill. During all this they're calling me the liar . Now they're coming after my son who is a minor and myself to pay the bill because they refused to do their job properly and take responsibility . They even admitted it was their mistake but demand I pay the bill . If you really want to go to pharmacy go to the medical arts pharmacy in Ravenna
