The people there are friendly and they try and make the most of the appointment with you. As far as treatment goes I did not see the benefits, however I was told it could take several visits. Unfortunately the front office misinformed me about my insurance coverage, telling me my visits were covered under my plan and I would only owe my co-pay. This was not the case and ended up costing me several hundred dollars. Due to cost, I will not be returning.

I wasn't going to leave a review until I read the other review about having issues with pre certification. I too never received a prior authorization and had to leave this office disgusted and disappointed. A few members of the office staff are very rude. I had to wait three months to get a procedure, was spoken to rudely by a few office staff members one of whom suggested that I go to my Primary Care to get an authorization to get Physical Therapy when the specialist they work for ordered the therapy. She said they don't do that there. Makes ZERO sense, doesn't it? Called insurance after two months (YES 2 MONTHS) and never received prior authorization. I went back and forth and called physical therapy office who had to contact this office and STILL NO PRIOR AUTH. Their saving grace

I honestly think this medical facility is just after your money. They do not care if you are getting better and will schedule you for every test they can, just to make a dime. Be very careful about making sure you have approval for a procedure. This agency will do it any way and you will get stuck with a huge bill that you cannot pay. They never talk to you as a person, just the coldness of the stupid "My Chart" I am trying to save you all a lot of grief and pain, and even money.

Dr Mehta and np dapoz didn't not listen to my complaint. Both were adamant that I had neurological issues when it was achilles tendonitis (both ankles) and tight muscles. How can drs miss something a first yr med student would see and know. NP Karen was the only one helpful and noticed my tendons were swollen.

Dr. Mehta is one of a kind. She is incredibly compassionate, personable and understanding. I have been seeing her for severe lower back pain, to the point where I'm completely immobile. Scheduling is a breeze. The staff there is amazing. Their follow-ups are superb. Their communication is the best I've ever experienced. They contact me and give me all the information I need as if I were their most important patient. Dr. Mehta personally called me to get me up to speed on everything and see how I was doing. Dr. Mehta worked wonders to get a stat MRI. She got me a caudal shot treatment the very next day. She has referred me to a surgeon and got me in there nearly immediately. She has scheduled me to see other specialists and arranged it all with celerity. She has followed up and been relen
