thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my sweet kitty, Binx. Losing her has been unbelievably painful, but it brings me comfort to know she had so many people caring for her, not just me. I could see how gentle you were with her, how hard you tried, and how much love you showed her every time we walked through your doors. It meant more than I can ever express. Even though she has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈, I know she was surrounded by kindness and compassion right up to the end. Thank you for fighting for her, for comforting her, and for supporting me during some of the hardest moments I’ve ever had. You gave me a little more hope, a little more time, and a lot of comfort when I needed it most. I’ll always be grateful for the way you cared for her and for me. Y

Where do I start. What a great group of people. I have one dog I must muzzled to do anything with, as he is very reactive and over 100lbs. The staff works with me and my reactive dog to provide the most amazing care. They listen to my concerns and also help proactively to keep everyone and animal safe at the office by using a separate door and side room just for him to prevent him being anywhere near other pets or staff. This office has always gone above and beyond to care for my family of pets. What a great office. I will say if you have a reactive animal be proactive call ahead let them know and they will work with you to make sure your pet gets the best care arround.

Do NOT take your beloved pets to this veterinary clinic. Not only are they rude and unprofessional, they clearly have no idea what their doing. My male dog was taken there 2 years ago to be neutered and has NEVER been the same dog since. Took him back there for a check up and they act like they never seen him. Now we must take him in to a different vet to see what they did to him. Will be back to this review when we find out.

Brimfield was absolutely wonderful in helping us put our older cat with leukemia down. The staff were incredibly nice and considerate and made the process quick, easy and smooth. They also sent us a sympathy card in the mail. Highly recommend ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with our dog here for the first time. After recurring issues with our dogs skin that kept getting worse and worse we decided to come here for a second opinion. They accurately diagnosed his issue and provided a clear course of action to resolve his horrible outbreak of what turned out to be MRSA. We were so happy they were able to help our guy and will surely go back if needed. That said, it’s more of an “urgent care” for dogs than a standard vet. You just show up and call from the parking lot. They call you back when they’re ready for you and then if follow up visits are needed they will schedule you. It did cost us more than the vet we’d been going to but given that they actually helped my boy it was worth every penny more than what I’d basically thrown away
