Genoa Healthcare always has my prescription in stock. The only negative is they are closed on the weekends.

I have purchased medicine out right previously in July for my son who always run out , has been for years. Never an issue with the McHenry location. Elgin location had the nerve to say, it must be going somewhere, accusing me of whatever. Very rude and unprofessional, said they would reach out to the doctor to get it approved and said it would be ready Friday. Well is Tuesday and nothing, saying I have to wait til the refill date. I will go back to McHenry were all the ladies are professional and helpful.

Never expected these ladies to act so UNPROFESSIONAL. Our son's medication has been short because of the syringe tip! However, these ladies ( Jennifer/ Lauren ) Stated that "its going somewhere" in an ignorant manner! Thanks for being professional! Elgin location!
