Generations at Regency

My grandmother was neglected at this facility, and she ultimately lost her life after what happened there. She fell and was left on the floor for hours, screaming for help. No one responded. She suffered a broken hip, and from that point on, her health rapidly declined. No family should ever get that phone call. No human being deserves to be ignored while crying out in pain. This place is dirty, careless, and completely lacking in accountability. The glossy five-star reviews from students being FORCED to leave those fake reviews do not reflect the reality many families have experienced. Scroll down and you’ll see story after story of loved ones being neglected. We trusted them with her care. They failed her. RIP Grandma. Your voice may have been ignored that day, but ours won’t be.

My mom was brought here due to a fall which caused her to suffer a stroke. She has beginning dementia. The nurses and staff are attentive, caring, and thanks to their dedication, my mom has made great progress. The therapy sessions have made her stronger. I am grateful for the team and kindness. Amen

My mom was in rehab in January 2026 when my mom transitioned to Hospice, my two sisters and slept in the same room with her. This facility catered to every need we had during our sleepless nights, the coffee was always coming, feels like home wherever you go within this facility. We want to thank everyone in the facility, we will never forget the genuine generosity and kindness my mom received. Sadly, my mother transitioned to our heavenly Father, I feel peace and blessed she was cared for like a family member. In addition, Mr. B (facility owner) personally came into the room to extend his condolences and offer us food, coffee, etc. Thank you to the nurses Amity, Janet, and Margaret for your help and prayers for my mom. This is a really nice facility, I’ve been there several times to visit my Grandma, very neat and tidy. The CNA’s and nurses were really nice but I always come across a lady called Carmen, i don’t know her role in the facility but she is a very rude and talks to people anyhow. I really don’t know why they have such person working there

CNAs are amazing. Nicoletta needs to be reported to ombudsman and investigated. Don’t know why the best places keep the most vile staff.
