General Family Dentistry

I have been going to this dental office for nearly 15 years and have noticed its decline over the last several years. Today for the third appointment in a row they tried to change my appointment time. When I declined they said I would then have to reschedule. Because my original appointment time would not work for them. Why then did they schedule the appointment anyway. This has happened several times over the last few years. Through there text messaging I was basically harassed by them after saying I thought I would just reschedule with a different dental office.
