Had an absolutely terrible experience on the night of 1/8/26. Scheduled an appointment for 5:45, and was called an hour before my appointment to check in over the phone. I have gone here before and never had that happen, but that was fine. All was well. I went in at 5:30, and checked in on the kiosk. I sat down and was finally taken back around 6:25. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, you are still treated as a walk in. After waiting and being called back, the receptionist said that she didn’t even realize I was there and thought I never showed up. EVEN THOUGH I checked in ON THE KIOSK, and the kiosk told me to have a seat and I would be called up. My name was first in line on the waiting list on the TV, so after all of that I am not sure how she didn’t realize I was there. I was s

Was just there today 2/26/2026 had a sinus infection for two weeks. And it’s progressively gotten worse. Doctor called me back asked why are you here I explained to him. He looked in my nose and throat for not even a second said I’ll put you on antibiotics. Did not even evaluate me was so unprofessional. Said I’m not gonna die from a sinus infection. Like he don’t want to do his job properly. It’s an urgent care not an emergency room for people o. Their death bed. But according to him it’s for near death people. He should not be who people go to when they are ill. All in all I was literally in the room for maybe 2 minutes and he prescribed me antibiotics with no evaluation. And sent me out the door with the most unprofessional remarks. He had a complete disregard for people who are ill. An

This is my first and will be my last visit here. Shame on you Geisinger for forcing patients to this facility because your family practice will not accommodate same day appointments. We signed in online and had a 3 hour wait. We showed up 20 minutes early to our reserved time and an hour later have STILL not been seen. On top of that apparently today was a day that the office decided to test the first alarms and didn’t think to warn any of the patients before a full blast fire alarm went off for 2 minutes. I had to go out and find out if it was real or not and the tester is the one that told me what is going on. It’s time to look for a new primary. Geisinger has lost my business.

Complete waste of time and energy. Went there for a suspected sinus infection after being sick for 2 weeks, the PA refused to give antibiotics. Said to take OTC meds and seek medical attention if it didn’t get better after 3 days. It didn’t. Went to doctor who prescribed the antibiotics that were needed. This place is a joke.

The male receptionist is incredibly rude and acts like everyone that comes in is an inconvenience. The doctor is arrogant and seems uncaring. I'll stick with River Valley.
