If I could give a zero I would. My son is away at college there and I called to make sure they took our insurance. The woman was so rude and nasty when I was asking her questions. If you don't like to work with people or like your job fine something els to do. I hate rude people. Do better with the people you hire.

Was in this area today and opted to stop in because I wasn't feeling well. They refused to see me the moment I said that I hit my head at work yesterday. They told me I either had to go to my family doctor (who has no weekend hours) or I could go to the ER. As I was leaving, I got a text telling me I was checked in. I did not go back in, and went home, still unsure why I was turned away.

Showed up before 545pm on a Saturday. Doors locked and no one would come to the door even though I could see them inside. Their posted closing time was 6pm. Really bad care.

Staff is very rude, they insist on using the kiosk to check in even when it's not working properly. They give off a vibe like you're a nuisance for needing care. They close for lunch so if you happen to drive here on their lunch break, I suggest you go to the ER. This place is a disgrace to the healthcare system.

Have been treated poorly at this location by one of the front office nurses and one of the doctors. Avoid this place if you can. Unless Emily is there, she is great! This office doesn’t always send claims into insurance. I’ve had to call the billing department to get a claim sent to my insurance multiple times after being seen here. Be sure to double check your insurance copay with the bill you get from here.
