My husband and I always schedule our appointments together...Dr Briggs is such a wonderful person and very attentive to our needs...Becky is also very helpful in picking frames...Thank you all for your service!

We saw dr Warren today as a stand in for dr b. She was so attentive,helpful and sweet. She recommended us to go have a procedure done that helped my husband's eye tremendously. Noone listened before coming here! The pricing is great but the care is even better.

I have been seen by Dr. Briggs office for over 10 years and have extremely rare and extenuating circumstances that I have dealt with my vision under his care. Including 2 detached retina's and needed to have cataract surgeries in my 30's. I was so fortunate to have great care by Dr. Briggs through all of my craziness. However, now, needing to be seen by his office for concerns and trouble with my vision, I'm being told that I can't get in for over 5 months!! Not only was the receptionist rude, she wouldn't even speak with Dr. Briggs about my case and ask his opinion. It's unfortunate to push customers away in this way.

They can't seem to keep an appointment for patients. My original appointment was in August, they called and rescheduled to September, then called and rescheduled to October and just called and rescheduled to November. The receptionist is very rude and condescending and claims this happens and is normal when dealing with doctor appointments and to find somewhere else to go. Appointments should not be continuously rescheduled by the provider, especially for a month out at a time.

Dr. Briggs and his staff have always been so wonderful and helpful whether it's explaining how eyes work or choosing frames and what works best for my lifestyle. I'm always extremely confident in every eye exam I've gotten, and love the durability and selection of eyewear that's available. I cannot recommend Dr. Briggs and his staff, at either location, enough.
