Receptionist was very rude over the phone. I asked if they take a certain kind of insurance, to which his response was “probably” and that they aren’t accepting new patients and immediately hung up.

I can't say enough good things about this doctor and the staff and if I tried to I would end up being able to publish a novel so... The first time I called to be seen when I moved to the area I was treated like I was somebody who was important like they did not have me waiting weeks and weeks I was seeing within a week and a half and it was just a very good experience and this is my fourth year now for my annual checkup I just thought I'd leave a review this time when I was looking up the phone number to call to schedule my appointment just now hands down promise nobody would be disappointed if they decided to use him as their eye doctor...

Dr. Forse is the best and most professional optometrist in the area. His receptionist is very nice, helpful and professional also. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. 😊
