I filled out the new patient intake form and received a call in which the woman simply stated they "can't see me as a patient." No reasons were given and no options to schedule for the future. Would have been great to have been given an explanation.

Dr. Madigan is a very caring and sensitive person to the needs of others. I am fortunate to have found someone who Is truly concerned about his patients.

Haven Health and Wellness is truly one of the greatest medical institutes in the central PA area! My wife and i saw Doctor Jeremy and my two girls were seen by Doctor Kirsten…they treated us like we were family and gave us the best treatment we could ask for. They even recognized issues we were not aware of and got it taken care of (the same day) or talked with us about our options. They are always very thorough in evaluating/examining and gave expert advice to all our questions. Thank you again for being in our area and for all you have done for me and my family!

My husband and I have been patients of Jeremy Lazorka for as long as he has been in the Lock Haven area. He is kind and sincere. Most importantly he treats us with a professionalism unquestioned. He was today also advising a student, Luke, from our Local University and also was doing a great mentirship with this young man who hopefully will continue to follow in his mentor’s footsteps. Danielle Thompson is the best Dr. I ever had...She makes sure you get the best possible help for any of your health issues..She really does have your best interest at heart..Shes very down to earth and always in a great mood, which makes going to her office less stressful for an already stressful situation...Much love and respect...Anthony Marsh
