This practice is run by a very unprofessional person. Dr. Verral was set to do my procedure, after I was allowed to have a consult with a provider that was then out to maternity leave, so I have never met him. After expressing concerns about needing extra lidocaine (which is not uncommon) , and requesting paperwork for my husband to be able to be with me (he works for a month at a time on a boat so he cannot simply take 1 day off) Dr. Verral decided to cancel my appt with him without a conversation to clarify any concerns. He also insinuated I needed to be sedated for this for my "extreme concerns" and sent me to a plastic surgeon. Alex was wonderful. He has a great personality and he's very handsome. He naturally makes you comfortable when you go there. I had a skin cancer removed and he made it easy and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone.

The receptionist I spoke to was friendly and so was the nurse, but the practitioner didn't seem to be interested in my questions and actually spoke over me at times when I tried to voice concerns. I'm not likely to go back.

I never met Dr Verral . Experience was with his staff. Ineffectively treated my rash. Can understand that rashes are difficult to get rid of but staff basically said keep applying cream. Rash grew and when cream ran out staff would not give me refill until the date of next refill due even though rash doubled in size. Couldnt sleep due to terrible itching .Switched to Upstate Dermatology and rash is well on way to being healed. Was prescribed an oral med and a new effective cream in less than a month. Dr Verral should look into his staff and maybe make changes. They are ineffective.

My father is 90. He's been going to this office for years. He sees S..Verbal Always in G F. He has been wonderful. Not sure why someone would book him in Malta? He shows up at his appointment only to be told there going to reschedule him. It's hard enough at this age to keep everything straight. So he shows up for the next appointment and has to see Kelly Reed. A day later I asked him how his visit was and I was so upset with the way he was treated. Basically bullied. He said she was very rough and hurt him quite significantly on some of the spots that she treated, my dad has a very high tolerance for pain and never complains.
