Gastroenterology (GI) Clinic

My son had a visit 7-18-2025 and nurse Terra (sorry if I misspelled) and the lady working along her when he got vitals taken were very sweet I love that. And CNP- Christina Tootle, was very informative patient and sweet and great at actually listening to us about his issues and didn't ignore us.... We thank you all for being so kind and helpful.

We had a great experience. The nurse practitioner was finally able to diagnose what was going on with my son after we were able to get in.

Very disappointed to have waited 5 months for an appointment, to be scheduled with a nurse practioner- not even a doctor which I requested. We done all pre appointment medications as we were instructed and nurse practitioner wants us to go back home & do it again. 6 years worth of the same medication and she says that's all they can do. Now we have to sit here and be "worked in" with a Dr. My daughter has been battling her illness for more than 6 years. We were so excited to come here today, we were SURE they would try to fix my daughter's problem. NP is not friendly and even my daughter said she was rude from the time she walked in.

My daughter has been seeing the GI doctor since April 2023 they’ve done endoscopy they’ve done blood tests which were actually VERY BAD HIGH AND LOWS TRIED TO SAY SHE WAS FINE ! I’ve been battling with these problems with my daughter for the past 2 years and NO DOCTOR SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOing ! THEN IVE RAN INTO MULTIPLE ALTERNATIONS WITH THE NP DR JOSEPHIENE W! She yelled at me over the phone and kept yelling and wouldn’t stop and all I need to know was what do about my daughter having a GI allergy ! So rude ! And GI DOCTOR ONLY HAS 1 nurse so now I have to LOOK FOR A WHOLE NOTHER GI DOCTOR I WAS SO HAPPY WITH COMING HERE TILL I REALIZED THEIR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR HER. AND SHES SUFFERING MORE FROM THEM NOT EVEN DOING A DAMN THING DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE !
