🚫 DO NOT GO TO THIS GASTROENTEROLOGIST absolutely outrageous and deceptive billing practices. Let me be clear: the doctor himself Dr. Gancayco was great, and medically I have no complaints. But their BILLING DEPARTMENT? Completely shady and dishonest. They give you ZERO transparency about costs unless you chase them down and even then, they straight-up lie. We did everything we were supposed to do. We called a full week before my colonoscopy and endoscopy and specifically asked what our total out of pocket cost would be after insurance. We were told very clearly $350. NOTHING MORE. Based on that, my wife and I decided we could afford to move forward with the procedure. Fast forward one week later… and we get hit with an additional ALMOST $800 in charges. 🤯 That’s two surprise bills: • $
