Dr Jividend is extremely friendly and thorough. Everyone in this office is completely sweet, very friendly and accommodating. If you're wanting to get to the root of your problems, this is the place to go because they are very thorough. Dr. Jividend explains everything to you with a smile on her face. She never gives you the feeling of being rushed or that she's in a hurry. She is always patient and always willing to answer all of your problems and questions and concerns. She is a rare gem in the medical field. God bless her and always keep her safe... because she will save lives! Thanks to the whole staff for their smiles and friendliness... everyone here is just wonderful ❤️

I could not be happier with the staff at the Cape Coral office. Karen is an exceptional doctor. Her bed side manner is untouchable. She explains everything with clarity and listens to every question even if it doesn’t have anything to do with gi. The nurses are kind and compassionate and the staff in the front are very thorough and kind. The staff at check out are thorough as well with scheduling my wife’s appointments and times. Thank you Cape Coral office for everything and we will see you at our next appointment.

Im correcting my initial review. It comes down to the office staff cant change what they have available on dates and times. The doctor fixed this and got me taken care of on my appointment. Was not a normal prrocedure and im really gratefull this was resolved fast. Really bad customer service. I know the office staff is only following procedure.

Took over 2 hour to speak to a person and they were a call center. Went to office with med questions and they blamed my cardiologist yet they sat on the request for almost 2 weeks.they truly don't care about you as they would have let me show up for the procedure only to send me home as I would have taken blood thiners. I would run away.
