The nurses and all of the professionals that I met were excellent. I never felt that I was getting anything less than first class care. I do however have 2 comments: the pre-op room with the toilet and sink in a cabinet were reminiscent of a jail cell or something from 1950. Plus it wasn't wheelchair accessible...in a care facility! Second: when I went into the procedure room I was facing a wall. I could hear people in the room but couldn't see anyone. This can be off putting particularly if anyone is already anxious about what it happening.
I just had a colonoscopy at Frisbee. My nurses were amazing. Kayla and Stacy made my experience easy. Stacy was one of the few nurses I’ve had who was able to put in my IV without ANY problems. I usually have to have ultrasound. Kayla was so kind as was Joseph. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Kaminski made me at ease and safe.Dr Kaser did a wonderful job. I was home 2 hours later. I highly recommend having your procedure here.
Wasn't good. Was in severe pain and it took forever to get attention. Then an emt went to apply an iv and destroyed one of my veins. Ive had pain in my right arm for a week now. Seems to be the normal for frisbee. Had a stroke 3 yrs back and it took 3 days to get a proper consultation of what was happening to me. They were saying I had a heart attack for days. Then a dr came who told me I had a stroke. Not a heart attack. That hospital needs to get its act together. I had to leave a star to be able to post this comment.
The check in was so easy. I walked in the front door and was immediately greeted. I had received an email to pre-sign all my paperwork. The person at the front desk told me exactly where to go for my mammogram. She was friendly and I told her how easy the check in was. I wish I could remember her name to give her credit for a job well done. I was taken in on time. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
My mom, from our of state, needed immediate care. I was able to get rocky in with orthopedic out of Gilford Rochester. They were extremely helpful, kind,thorough! We so much appreciate them Benning there for us
