Fresenius Kidney Care Village Oaks

The rating is for the neophrologist and the social worker. The technicians are fine and do their job ok. The doctor is named Kapur. I told him he wasn't fit to be a veterinarian, much less a neophrologist. He refused to increase my dosage for my EPO medication and because of that my hemoglobin went down to a 6.5. He claimed that he wouldn't increase it and if I didn't like it to go look for another clinic. I got to say, I always liked fresenius clinics, but this one has taken a nosedive since I got back to San Antonio. That neophrologist should be disbarred. He also was sending me charges of 150.00 dollars for medical services. For what?!! He never prescribed any medication. Must had been that he was charging for the rounds he did while I was in the hospital and the rounds at the clinic. Y

Very bad administration and the doctor is clueless.

Terrible management. Had to transfer my mom to another clinic where she could be safe and treated with respect.
