Dr. Sauerburger and his staff treated me in a very caring manner. They have all the equipment necessary for a comprehensive, painless eye exam. They were knowledgeable and helped me understand my eye problem in words that I can understand.

After 3 visits, $250 from my pocket, plus insurance payments to Dr Saurberger, my left glasses lens is still not correct! Having dry eyes as he claimed I have, and weeks of eye drops did not make the left lens any clearer. Lencrafters replaced the left lens for free with the new prescription which still is not clear. Very disappointed with Dr Saurberger.

I am very impressed with Dr Sauerburger & his staff. They are patient & don't hurry through the visit. Dr Sauerburger discusses your condition in detail & in terms that are understandable.

Doctors and staff are excellent! Very helpful, never a long weight, staff friendly and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend.

My concern is how is someone suppose to make a appointment and the machine says the office is close and it's now 3:00 pm. They close at 4:00pm I'm confused. I called several times.
