Extremely disorganized. They keep missing prescription refill dates, even after multiple calls where they "assure" me everything will be ready. You can't reach them on the phone unless you are extremely lucky. They keep putting you on hold on purpose and never pick up. If I could give negative stars, I would.

--Awful wait times--why are you sending out "prescription ready" notices when they aren't? I had to wait 2 hours for a single medication fill after they told me "Just twenty minutes" and was the only customer waiting for those two hours. What were they doing when there were zero other customers? I have worked in pharmacies before, and this is wildly unacceptable. Zero task prioritizing skills. --Staff was polite, but incredibly insensitive, unintentionally being quite offensive and almost HIPAA noncompliant with how they were speaking about information and dealt with customers. --None of the technicians, nor the pharmacist were trained on fairly simple and common functions of the Point of Sale system and software they were using. I like the people at this pharmacy, but they are getting further and further behind with each visit. For a patient undergoing chemotherapy, new prescriptions simply cannot wait for several days to start taking for emergent issues. If they don’t hire on more staff, we will have to find an alternative pharmacy that can actually manage their demand.

They misleadingly printed “no refill available” when there are clearly multiple refills, which led to some back-and-forth and I wasn’t able to take my medication for a week. But most of the times they get the job done, and have no problem with my insurance. I do appreciate that.

Terrible. They kept on sending me recorded messages to pick up the prescription, and when I called back to tell them that I couldn't pick it up until the next week, they said it would be put back on the shelf by then even though I told her when I would be coming. I called when I was able to pick up the medication, and a recorded message said that my prescription was available for pick up. When I came in to pick up the prescription, a gate was down and the woman said that they were on lunch break for the next half-hour. I shopped around and when I came back in a half hour, there was a long line (8-10 people).
