Very happy with the cleanliness and organization of the office! But most importantly I must shoutout Shay who did my cleaning and as an anxious new patient she was so patient and informative. Additionally, so thankful for Dr Sorina Lim who was also extremely patient and kind given my high anxiety level about my teeth. Dr Lim did my first filling today and it was a 10/10 positive and easy experience. Thank you Shea and Dr Lim for being so kind to me and providing me with excellent care 🥰
Leaving one star because the front desk experience has been unbelievably stressful and honestly unacceptable. 1. My appointment was booked incorrectly by the receptionist, even though I had a confirmation text showing the correct time. Instead of owning the mistake, she blamed me and told me they “couldn’t accommodate” me. I took time off work for this appointment, only to be dismissed over an error they caused. 2. She also ran my insurance wrong and charged me for fillings that are fully covered. Rather than double-checking her own entry, she told me to “speak to my insurance.” I spent almost two hours trying to fix a problem that ended up being entirely their fault, with zero apology once she quietly corrected it. 3. I never usually write Google reviews but I feel I have to leave one for my peace of mind. I'd been coming here for around a year and had several appointments with different dentists. The last time I was there for a routine cleaning, I had a younger male dentist (forgot his name) come to look at me after my cleaning. He instantly looked at my mouth and after about 5 seconds started shaking his head and sighing heavily. He then proceeded to tell me that my "teeth look like a 60 year old's" (I'm 24). He asked me why I haven't had my teeth shaved down to be more aligned and straight and asked me why the small gap between two of my teeth doesn't bother me and if I'd ever thought about getting my teeth fixed for cosmetic reasons. He then diagnosed me with like 4 different things I had never been
I had a terrible experience at this office and would never recommend them. From the start, the nurse was unbelievably unprofessional — she had zero patience and was very angry for reasons I don't exactly understand. She told me my teeth couldn't be fixed if I didn’t sit in the chair to listen to her. No patient should ever be treated that way. On top of that, the administrative side was just as bad. They did not properly submit insurance claims on my behalf, repeatedly told me they were submitting appeals when they were not, and then sent my account to collections despite the fact that I had called to confirm I did not owe anything until the insurance issue was resolved. Now, 10 months later, I am still dealing with the insurance mess they created, and it has been incredibly stressful. I
I rarely leave reviews but was inclined to given how incredibly knowledgable, patient, and thorough the hygienist, Shea, was. I am not a fan of going to the dentist...to say the least, so she had her work cut out for her and from the very beginning, she was explicit in not only everything she was about to do, but WHY she was about to do it. This gave me trust and confidence in that I was undergoing everything she was doing that visit for a reason, and that I was in good hands. And it's clear she genuinely cares for her patients' teeth to get better, be better/cleaner, etc. so that future visits are not as worrisome. She has now put me on an entire plan for the future so my teeth and gums can become as healthy as possible. Thank you so much, Shea!
