I just had either a nurse or doctor or a nurse assistant at the office in Altoona PA 12th Street, basically tell me to die. My doctor Dawn McMahon has left the practices since she been gone I haven't had my sleep aid medicine i kept calling for refill they was not filling my prescription so he told me over the phone it's not his problem that's your life 😡😡😡😡😡 that office has fell completely apart since Dr Connolly and Dawn left. I'm very upset stressed out and disappointed as well as hurt to have a professional person speak to me like that I've been with Connolly's office for 10 years now I'm looking for a new doctor so with that being said be careful dealing with that office they're very ignorant and disappointed

Sorry had this doctor for a a few years bc my sister is with this doctor. Even tho she tells me no matter how many times she’s calls they takes days to get back to you. I’ve changed to this doctor several years ago to Dr. Conley but all I have met was Dawn. My doctor is Dr. Conley someone never even met yet!!! Just received notice she’s left no reason. I asked for a refill several times this past 10 days and have not even received a return call??? I did call begged for help after not sleeping for days and was asked if I am feeling suicidal???? I said he’ll no!! What??! I said I can’t sleep as my medical records show I have Bipolar and mania that keeps Me awake for days… They still said check in to the hospital next day!!! Really all I asked for was some sleep???? WTH. So now the doctor kn
