I don't normally feel compelled enough to leave reviews, however the experience here was absolutely abhorrent. This is the clinic that the rescue we got our dog from said to go through for spaying. I made the appointment a while back. No mention of pre-op blood work or anything, and there was no communication the day before. I thought this was odd, so I tried calling several times, no answers. I left a voicemail the morning of, no response. My parents brought our dog to the appointment due to work schedule conflict. They drove an hour+, and then they walked in and said they immediately noticed the awful smell and said the place was completely filthy. Dirty enough that they made the decision that it's not a place that any dog should be undergoing surgery. They left after waiting for

I will just give them a 2 star. In my experience the vet is nice, the price is reasonable, she natured my dog so it went well. I do say the place smells like a barnyard and cats being caged while theirs feces in there seems not normal but I hope they clean it. What I do have a problem with is with the receptionist. Whenever you’re trying to confirm for an appointment or repeat the same question she’ll give you a nasty attitude that she needs to work on. They either need to hired a new receptionist or she needs to change her attitude because all I do is ask questions nicely and she’s just gives you a nasty attitude. She doesn’t even let you confirm your appointment. She just hangs up on you right away when you choose a date or time.

Do not bring your animals here. I went to get my cat spayed here on 2/6 two days prior I had an exam and 1st vaccine done and she told me to switch her food and night before surgery my cat was throwing up the food she told me to switch. When I got there friday morning she still did the surgery and for the following days my cat was not eating or drinking, monday I went in with my cat and said she is not dehydrated and she’s just nauseous and didn’t care to give her anything. I went to a different vet where she had to get fluids and anti nausea injections because she was severely dehydrated and wasn’t concerned at all that my kitty was not eating for couple days. Thank god for the second vet I found. Do not go here if you care about your animals.

This place needs to be shut down. I walked in for a spaying appointment for my girlfriends cat and did not stay there's no way my girls cat would not get an infection in this place. The lobby was empty no one to check us in the place is filthy the smell is horrid you need to do better. You can tell everyone there has given up. Just go out of business don't take it out on the animals.
