We’re so grateful to Dr. Crawford for the outstanding care he’s given my daughter. After an injury we visited on a Saturday; he was prompt, thorough, and calm throughout the visit. His professionalism and expertise put us at ease, and he always connects warmly and confidently with my daughter. An excellent clinician and a compassionate provider — we couldn’t ask for better care. Thank uou for the referral to ortho Dr. Ritchie to! We were able to see him today and five stars to him as well.

Good experience. The main nurse Lisa and I believe the other nurse, Angela or Angelica was super nice. Dr was great and informative. Very quick to get me in and get me seen. My only complaint would be the nurse up front that checked me in, I don’t remember her name, blonde hair. Very rude and felt like she saw me with my beat up shirt, scraggly beard, messed up hair and she stereotyped me. First question from her was do you know this is an ER visit and looked down at me almost as if she felt I should go somewhere else or don’t have insurance or money for the visit. Wasn’t a good feeling. Then my insurance card had expired. Had to call BCBS and get the new card ID #. Just wasn’t a good feeling. I have been there numerous times and will return if I ever need to. My husband and I visited the emergency room earlier this afternoon. Such a great experience during a not so great time. The staff from the front to the back was amazing, attentive, communicative, and all around worked wonderfully as a team. We left feeling much better than we came in. I can’t thank them enough for their help! Highly recommend them, such professionals.

I was in and out within an hour, they did all the tests, paid a flat rate of $150 which covered all the treatment and tests they gave me! Left with a prescription and within hours my swollen tonsils and lymph nodes were feeling much better. 10/10, I’ll go there for any emergency that doesn’t require a full blown hospital visit. Lovely people, fast and effective care, I cannot recommend them enough! I went to TWO other places and felt worse after going to those places and they took longer, but not Fossil Creek! Please please come here, they’re kind, caring, and great staff to be around. Everybody was helpful and had great bedside manner, which was wonderful considering how much pain I was in. My husband was involved in a bad car accident so we unexpectedly needed to seek an emergency room. The pain and soreness kicked in after a couple of days despite him feeling fine immediately after the crash. This was our first time visit after reading some reviews which were very positive. I can't say enough about how caring and professional the staff were towards my husband! The RN Jerrie showed him great empathy and concern. Hubby was really nervous about getting a CT scan and additionally having difficulty with focusing and such from the diagnosed concussion. Joel, the radiology tech, was so sweet and patient talking him through it.
